Core Energetics teaches that sexual energy is the same as Life Energy. Life Energy, also known as Chi, Orgone and Vital Force, either flows in us freely or is blocked by our negative beliefs and emotions.

Core Energetics teaches us how to recognize and feel our resistance to pleasure and teaches us how to free ourselves from negativities and allows us to be fully vibrant, energetic, sexually alive beings.
