Core Energetics teaches that sexual energy is the same as Life Energy. Life Energy, also known as, Chi, Orgone and Vital Force, either flows in us freely or is blocked by our negative beliefs and emotions.
Core Energetics teaches us how to recognize and feel our resistance to pleasure and teaches us how to free ourselves from negativities and allow us to be fully vibrant, energetic, sexually alive beings.

Author of internationally known "Passages Into Womanhood: Empowering Girls to Love Themselves", and "Say Yes to Life!" a DVD of Psycho-Spiritual exercises to help you feel more alive, Pam is an international trainer and supervisor of therapists and assists people in re-claming their true, spontaneous, joyful, sexual selves.
This workshop is designed for all: Men and women, gay and straight, mental health professionals and non professionals, all ages - (21 - 95).Friday evening: February 5th at Pam's office, we will begin by a talk about Sexuality and Life Force. All are welcome to attend the Friday night talk whether attending the workshop or not. Workshop attendees are encouraged to bring their friends and partners.
Saturday and Sunday will include group and some individual work. Bioenergetic Analysis, Core Energetics, Integrative Psychology & Depth Psychology will be utilized. We will move our body/mind/emotions to create more feeling experience and pleasure.
