Due to the nature of depth psychotherapy, Core Energetics, Bioenergetic Analysis participants agree to come to all groups, be on time and stay till end of group. Participants pay for all groups even if they can not attend for any reason.
We will dance, cry, sweat, rage, laugh, unblock stuck places in our mind/body/emotions, and love ourselves for who we are.

Al was still working when I visited him in 2005 at age 95. (pictured above) Full of life and energy Al was an inspiration to thousands of people world wide. Al died in 2008 just before turning 98.
